Food Affects Mood

 

1.      When people feel angry or depressed. What do they reach for?

 

2.      Scientist are proving that what is in the food you eat can effect the chemical composition of your brain.

 

3.      In the food you eat can effect your mood, including the level of alertness and your perception of pain.

 

4.      According to Dr. Richard Wurtman of MIT, who involved in numerous study on nutrition and the brain, the nutrients in the food are precursors to neurotransmitter.

 

5.      It depend on the amount of precursor present in the food you eat to produce more or less neurotransmitter.

 

6.      It is complicated process food are made up of more than one nutrient.
